Job Summary
The Project Coordinator facilitates commercial cladding and glazing work across installation, maintenance, and repair, maintaining strict safety standards on-site. Partnering with Project Managers, this position ensures operations are completed on schedule, efficiently, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with coordination and administrative support.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents to understand project requirements.
Assist with cost estimates for cladding of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings including all the necessary materials required in the construction process.
Assist with preparation and presentation of detailed bid proposals to commercial clients.
Prepare shop drawings and other technical submissions.
Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Branch Manager, Project Foremen and Crews, and other applicable stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years experience in trades specialty or building envelope estimation
Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology diploma (3 year program)
Attention to detail, strong communication skills
Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
Travel to the site, and off-site locations may be required.
