ABOUT
Each built its reputation over decades working across Atlantic Canada — from roofing and cladding to steel building systems, fabrication, and maintenance. While the work was often connected, it was delivered through separate teams.
Today, Outcape delivers roofing, wall systems, glazing, structural systems, and fabrication as one coordinated scope, built on the same practical approach that shaped each of the companies over the years. The experience behind the work hasn’t changed. The difference is how it comes together.
Our approach is straightforward and built on experience.
By working as one team, we reduce the need for coordination between separate trades, minimize handoffs, and keep projects moving from start to finish with less friction. We take the time to understand the building, plan the work properly, and carry it through from start to finish.

We start by identifying the structure of the project. Whether it’s new construction, a retrofit, a system replacement, or ongoing maintenance, each requires a different approach.
From there, we gather the right information — drawings, specifications, site conditions, and any existing system data. This early work helps us understand what’s in place, what needs to change, and how the work should be carried out.

We assess site conditions, access, staging, and how the building is used day to day. This includes considering local conditions, provincial requirements, and any standards that apply to the project.
Understanding the environment early helps ensure the work is planned accurately and carried out without unnecessary issues.
