Outcape is looking for an Experienced Roofing Foreperson for the Paradise/St. John’s area.

Operating from the experience of Atlantic Roofers, North Shore Roofing, Atlantic MetaClad, and Hampton Building Systems, we bring roofing, cladding, glazing, steel building systems, fabrication, and service work together under one coordinated team.
Job Summary
This role leads crews on commercial roofing projects and works closely with project management to ensure work is completed safely, properly, and in line with schedule and budget.
Responsibilities
Organize and load construction materials and move them to work areas.
Direct crews in planning, coordinating, and safely executing work according to contract documents, schedule, and budget.
Interact professionally with clients and project stakeholders.
Work closely with the Project Manager and support day-to-day project delivery.
Maintain a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of proven experience as a construction foreperson.
Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and occupational safety guidelines.
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Strong organization, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Good physical condition, stamina, and ability to work at heights.
Willingness to learn, accept new responsibilities, and complete required safety training.
Travel within Newfoundland and Labrador may be required.
