Job Summary
This role supports commercial roofing projects through installation, repair, maintenance, and safe job-site execution.
Responsibilities
Install, replace, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems on low-sloped roofs.
Work with systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, and TPO.
Use proper safety measures and equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and repair roofing issues effectively.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Participate in safety toolbox meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial roofing, depending on role and location.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE.
